The solution to end the dispute for water river Blue Nile - Nile Dam in Ethiopia

 Climate change causes climate engineering solutions to be found. The solution is to build a 35km canal from the Red Sea to the Danakil Depression. This depression is located at 90-135 m below sea level. By controlling the flooding of the Danakil Depression, water evaporation will increase by more than 100 cubic km. This will increase the level of rainfall and increase the volume of water for the Nile.

The benefits of controlled flooding in the Danakil area are:

1. it will be possible to build a hydroelectric power plant in Eritrea;

2. will be facilitated with efficient exploitation of salt (rich in potassium, magnesium and lithium) in the Danakil area of Eritrea and Ethiopia;

3. the wind will bring rain in the arid areas of Eritrea, Somalia, Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt;

4. this evaporation will cause the Sahara desert to turn green;

5. this will be achieved if the terracing of the slopes, the capture of rainwater according to the method of Mr. ecologist John D. Liu;

6. will increase the prosperity of the people in the area;

7. the climatic conditions will improve;

8. tourism in the area will increase;

9. the salt extraction industry in the Danakil area will grow;

10. the processing salt industry, potassium, magnesium and lithium will grow;

11. the volume of water in the Blue Nile will increase; the dam in Ethiopia will be filled to capacity without affecting the volume of water needed for Sudan and Egypt.
